Sainsbury's is seeking an Online Assistant to support our online customers from our stores in the United Kingdom. You will help pick and prepare orders for delivery, handle substitutions when needed, and use a handheld device to plan routes within the store.
You’ll answer customer queries, assist with order processing, and help load vans for Home Delivery Drivers, while continuously learning about products, promotions, and store services to offer confident recommendations.
