This full-time position demands a minimum of 2-5 years of experience within a Customs Brokerage environment. You will engage effectively with Canada Customs, clients, and transport carriers to ensure timely shipment clearance. Your proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and transportation carriers for expedited clearance

• Accurately input data into logistics databases

• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners

• Address discrepancies with customs officials and agencies

• Assist in maintaining compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Required High School Diploma

• 2-5 years related experience in customs brokerage

• Experience with clearances and ratings

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• CCS designation is advantageous
