CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Build Ops Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and dispatch HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing service technicians. The role requires hands-on Build Ops experience, strong communication in English, and the ability to manage both emergency and scheduled services in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
You will dispatch technicians, monitor routes and statuses, update work orders, and keep customers informed of ETA and service updates.
