Global Procurement Buyer

is responsible for the categories of Marketing Goods, VM and sets packaging for La Prairie and Chantecaille at global level. This role focuses on supporting category management and tender processes for the categories in scope. The role is responsible for managing competitive sourcing events, for the categories in scope.

• Responsible for procurement activities for the categories in scope.
• Manage and organize supplier biddings, RFI/RFPs & evaluate results for supplier selection with the goal of maximizing value generation
• Translate project requirements into clear sourcing specifications and commercial scopes
• Consolidate and summarize biddings results for decision making
• Support defining buying requirements with stakeholders following procurement best practice

• Commercial Apprenticeship or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience ideally in procurement in an international environment or supply chain
• Strong analytical, communication, organization and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work cross functionally
• Results-oriented, proactive, service-driven person with a strong team spirit
• Flexible personality, able to work in a dynamic & culturally heterogeneous environment
• Digital savvy-sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Ppt, Word)
• Very good written and spoken English skills

The position is based in Zürich, Switzerland. Temporary role with start date asap until 31.01.2027
