Ecolah Pte. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Singapore.
This is a permanent full-time position offering hands‑on exposure to international food logistics, import operations, customer order management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
The role is mainly office-based, with occasional work‑from‑home flexibility depending on business needs.

What you will do Customer Orders & Operations- Manage customer orders from confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Support daily operational activities and resolve customer‑related issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Track international shipments and follow up on delivery status.
- Support import documentation, shipping paperwork, and customs‑related documents.
- Assist with inbound and outbound logistics coordination.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory movements.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and operational records.
- Update internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Support administrative tasks
- Assist in improving operational processes, efficiency, and cost control.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and daily operations.
- ITE Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Candidates from different backgrounds who are interested in developing a career in operations and logistics are encouraged to apply.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) preferred for CCP eligibility.
- Candidates with experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, import/export, customer service, or administration will be considered an advantage.

- Experience in administrative support or office operations will be valued.
- Strong interest in logistics, international trade, and the food industry.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced SME environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
- Permanent full‑time position.
- Salary range: SGD 2,500 – 3,300 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
