Working within a small, close-knit operation but with the backing and resources of a larger established business, you will become a key operational point of contact across Air, Road and Sea Freight
.

This isn't a role where you'll be restricted to processing one type of shipment. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of customers, manage a variety of freight movements and use your experience to resolve problems and keep shipments moving.

• Manage freight movements across Air, Road and Sea
• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking through to delivery
• Take ownership of customer requirements and operational queries
• Liaise with customers, carriers, hauliers, agents and overseas partners
• Keep customers updated throughout the shipment process
• Identify and resolve delays or issues throughout the movement of goods
• Work closely with the wider commercial and operational team

• Will have previous Freight Forwarding experience
• omfortable managing import and/or export shipments
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end freight forwarding process
• Confident dealing directly with customers and taking ownership of accounts
• Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently and solve operational problems
• Enjoy working within a small, collaborative team environment

• £35,000 - £40,000 salary
  , depending on experience
