ECommerce Operations Leader - Remote

Lead operational excellence for a high-growth DTC brand from anywhere in Canada. This role involves transforming complex operations into streamlined processes while managing supply chain and fulfillment.

Our partner company seeks a Head of Operations to oversee critical infrastructure for their thriving direct-to-consumer business. You will implement scalable systems, build SOPs, and recruit functional leaders to foster sustainable growth. The focus is on transitioning daily responsibilities to a capable team, enabling effective operational performance without reliance on the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end operational management for supply chain and fulfillment

• Design scalable systems and clear operational processes

• Establish operational knowledge base and continuously improve workflows

• Develop accurate inventory systems and visibility measures

• Build reporting metrics for leadership decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in operations for eCommerce or DTC

• Experience in high-growth brands generating $20M–$50M annually

• Proficient in supply chain, 3PL, and customer support operations

• Strong analytical skills and experience with Shopify and Notion

• Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and managing teams
