Become a vital member of our remote logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator, focusing on outbound shipment management and inventory planning. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

We seek a full-time candidate who is detail-oriented and proactive in facilitating supplier communication and routine sales administration. Ideal applicants will be comfortable with numbers and have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. You'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our logistic operations while supporting our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee outbound shipment coordination from planning to delivery

• Communicate effectively with customers and shipping agents

• Monitor stock levels and material usage

• Generate purchase orders and invoices using Quick Books

• Ensure email correspondence is accurate and confidential

Requirements:

• Proficient in English communication

• Basic understanding of logistics processes

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Willingness to work during Toronto business hours
