As the Logistics Supervisor, you'll coordinate vital logistics activities, manage team performance, and ensure safety standards are met. Your responsibilities will include optimizing warehouse operations and promptly resolving shipping issues. Collaboration across departments will be key to achieving top-tier customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coach logistics teams to maximize efficiency

• Supervise all shipping and receiving operations

• Handle import/export compliance and relationships

• Organize warehouse space for ease and accessibility

• Evaluate incoming components for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics

• Expertise in kitting and warehousing processes

• Bilingual in French and English for supplier relations

• Effective leadership and attention to detail
