Remote Senior Consultant in D365 Supply Chain

In this role, you will utilize your extensive background in the D365 F&SCM Supply Chain module to provide outstanding support and guidance to clients. Collaborating with virtual teams, you will tackle troubleshooting challenges, develop enhancement strategies, and lead client meetings effectively.

Your role includes overseeing project delivery and documentation, ensuring all tasks are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve senior-level service issues within SLAs

• Lead client status calls and ensure timely communication

• Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members

• Keep documentation of cases updated for knowledge sharing

• Coordinate broad customer initiatives with internal teams

Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ experience in D365 F&SCM roles

• Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills

• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

• Ability to adapt to different working hours and shifts

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
