Corporate Procurement Specialist​/Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of global procurement strategies.
• Drive sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories, including Consulting, Financial Services, and Legal Services.
• Lead and manage end-to-end eRfX processes for indirect service categories.
• Collaborate closely with category teams and business stakeholders to implement procurement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to Supply Base Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and value creation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Conduct market analyses and supplier evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
• Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement activities.

• Several years of experience in Indirect Procurement within an international environment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing Professional Services, including consulting, financial, and legal services.
• Proven experience managing strategic sourcing events and eRfX processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with senior management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
