Senior Demand Planner – ARC’TERYX

As a Senior Demand Planner, you lead and shape how demand planning drives business performance – turning complex data and cross‑functional input into a clear, aligned forecast leadership relies on to make strategic decisions. You set the standard for how the team forecasts – building more robust processes, advancing our forecasting methodologies, and developing other planners to raise the capability of the function.

You thrive in ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and influence senior cross‑functional partners to align on new approaches and challenge entrenched assumptions. You own the end‑to‑end demand plan, lead the IBP forums, and shape how our tools, models, and planning frameworks evolve over time. Your impact shows up in measurably better forecast accuracy, more proactive decision‑making, and the successful execution of high‑stakes initiatives such as new product launches and seasonal strategies.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Our Demand Planning team plays a pivotal role in connecting the business strategy to the realities of customer demand. We take ownership of the demand plan not as individuals, but as a collective – ensuring transparency, accountability, and shared success across the organization.

  • Leading scenario planning and risk management, anticipating demand risks and supply constraints before they surface

Future Opportunities
  • Driving process improvement through identifying opportunities and learnings for demand planning improvement projects and initiatives as they arise
  • Working closely with other supply chain and product teams on inventory strategies
