About You

Join Kimberly-Clark and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing footprint. As Procurement Manager, you will lead the MRO procurement portfolio, partnering closely with our manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to deliver continuity of supply, cost optimization, and strategic supplier management.

  • Act as the key Procurement partner supporting our manufacturing operations across Dammam Plant, Epping Plant, Olayan Plant.
  • Manage MRO, capital, building services, and indirect procurement activities across GCC operations.
  • Develop and execute category strategies that ensure supply continuity while driving cost savings and value creation.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate commercial agreements, and lead supplier performance management initiatives.
  • Partner with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions that support operational goals.
  • Collaborate with regional and global procurement colleagues to leverage scale, best practices, and innovation opportunities across EMEA.
Requirements
  • Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing suppliers and commercial negotiations
  • Fluent English
