FedEx GTS Broker Remote Position

Fed Ex seeks a knowledgeable GTS Broker with a Community College diploma and at least one year of experience, preferably with Fed Ex. The role emphasizes compliance with Canadian Customs regulations and offers opportunities for bilingual candidates in Quebec. You will utilize your computer skills to support shipment processing and assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process low value shipments per Canadian Customs regulations

• Provide accurate international shipment information to customers

• Maintain your CCS designation and achieve annual re-currency points

• Operate within a PC Windows environment while using clearance systems

• Lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

Requirements:

• One year experience in international operations, ideally with Fed Ex

• Canadian Customs Specialist accreditation or CSCB designation

• Bilingual in English and French if located in Quebec

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver heavier packages
