What you'll be doing
Lead the development and delivery of supply chain strategies aligned to business and programme objectives

Drive category strategies across key spend areas to maximise value and support effective project delivery

Provide market insight through analysis of supplier capacity, capability and trends to inform decision‑making

Build and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers to enhance performance and collaboration

Oversee supply chain performance management, using data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide clear visibility of performance, risks and opportunities

Partner with project teams to ensure supply chain solutions are fully integrated and outcome‑focused

Drive improvements in safety, quality, cost and delivery through supply chain engagement and innovation

Lead and develop a team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative and inclusive culture

Support sustainability, digital and process transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain
Who we're looking for
Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management and complex procurement environments within the construction or infrastructure sectors

Strong track record in supplier relationship management, negotiation and delivering best value outcomes

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight

Commercially astute with sound judgement and a structured approach to decision‑making

Experience developing and implementing supply chain or category strategies at scale

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Collaborative and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge and improve existing practices
