Job Responsibilities Technologies Role:

Serve as business owner and subject matter expert for the N-SIDE forecasting suite and related clinical supply planning technologies.

Lead study builds, forecasting models, system configuration, and IRT integrations for new clinical studies.

Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.

Partner with Clinical Supply planners to develop and optimize forecasting models and planning assumptions.

Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Technical Operations, IMSC, and IT to implement and enhance clinical supply technologies and system integrations.

Coordinate user requirements, testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities with internal stakeholders and technology vendors.

Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes, reporting, automation, and data quality.

Support system governance, documentation, change management, and continuous process improvement.

For Assigned Programs (as needed, but not more than 50%):

Represent Clinical Supply Chain on cross-functional study teams.

Develop and maintain clinical supply forecasts, inventory plans, and supply strategies for assigned studies.

Coordinate supply planning activities with Clinical Operations, IMSC, Technical Operations, Procurement, and external vendors.

Manage co-medication sourcing, budgets, and inventory, as applicable.

Support IRT strategy, user acceptance testing, and ongoing supply management.

Lead clinical supply meetings and communicate supply risks, mitigation plans, and study status to stakeholders.

Monitor inventory, expiry, study timelines, and key supply metrics to ensure uninterrupted clinical supply.

Maintain study documentation and escalate significant supply risks or timeline concerns as appropriate.

Facilitate discussions and decisions on label and packaging design, as needed.

For Department:

Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.

Lead or support departmental process improvement and technology initiatives.

Share best practices and promote cross-functional collaboration.

Represent Global Clinical Supply Chain on internal and external initiatives, as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, supply chain, business, or related discipline.
