Supply Chain Assistant - FTC

This role will provide hands‑on support to our growing team in London through day‑to‑day operational tasks, inventory reconciliation, and ERP administration.

Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:

• Support day‑to‑day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation in line with quality requirements.
• Liaison with suppliers, chasing overdue items to ensure deliveries remain on schedule.
• Create accurate On‑Time‑In‑Full (OTIF) reports to track supplier delivery performance.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor top and bottom performing lines, and flag upcoming risks.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across two distribution centers and supplier warehouses.
• Assist with data capture into CSV files, system migrations, and error spot‑checking.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and share efficiencies with the wider team.

These skills will help you go far in this role:

• Strong Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) — essential for this role.
• Data literacy and strong numerical reasoning.
• MS Office competency, particularly Outlook.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently both externally with
• suppliers and internally with colleagues.
• Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused, self‑motivated, flexible and adaptable.
• Good computer literacy, including comfort using AI tools to support day‑to‑day tasks.
• Some previous experience in supply chain or procurement desired.
• Some previous experience with ERP systems required.
