• Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and update the logistics database.
• Communicate with carriers and suppliers to confirm shipment details and resolve minor issues.
• Support the Logistics team with various administrative tasks related to order processing and tracking.
• Help prepare reports on logistics activities as directed by the manager.

• Some experience or internship in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is preferred.
• Basic understanding of shipping processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
