Project Manager - Supply Chain Optimization

About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead supply chain optimization initiatives in Kimberley. This hybrid role allows for flexible remote work arrangements complemented by essential on-site collaboration. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, streamlining logistics, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the overall performance of our supply chain operations. • Develop and execute project plans for supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Analyze current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, operations) and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management , and distribution principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and on-site setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
