About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize logistics and warehousing functions. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage operations from anywhere. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the supply chain. This role is critical in maintaining our client's commitment to timely and accurate order fulfillment, requiring strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive operational excellence.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity across all operations.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and implementing robust inventory control systems.
• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate a remote team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior logistics role, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing warehouse operations and reducing costs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a remote team effectively.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
