Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize their supply chain operations remotely, supporting their manufacturing base in Queenstown . This role is integral to ensuring the efficient flow of goods, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to maintain inventory levels, manage shipments, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.

• Coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Track shipments and manage freight forwarding to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock control and reduce carrying costs.
• Resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or quality problems, in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including production and sales, to align supply chain activities with business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
