This role is integral to ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for the company's operations. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and contributing to overall supply chain efficiency. • Manage the procurement process for assigned commodities, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to orders or quality.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including pricing, vendor information, and contracts.
• Collaborate with inventory management and operations teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, supply chain management, and negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency in purchasing software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
