About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Supply Chain Analyst to join their dedicated team. This is a fully remote position where you will be instrumental in evaluating and improving our client's end-to-end supply chain operations. You will analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient with data analysis tools, and possesses a strong understanding of supply chain principles, able to contribute remotely to a global network.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain optimization strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Support the development and execution of demand forecasting and inventory management strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and ideally BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage projects independently.
