Senior Procurement Analyst

About the Role

Our client is looking for a data-driven Senior Procurement Analyst to join their fully remote procurement department. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to provide insights and strategic recommendations that enhance procurement operations and cost management across the organization. You will work closely with procurement managers and stakeholders to identify trends, optimize spending, and develop robust sourcing strategies.

This position is critical for driving efficiency and delivering significant cost savings through informed decision-making in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards for procurement activities.
• Support the negotiation process by providing data-backed insights on market pricing and supplier performance.
• Conduct spend analysis and category management support to optimize supplier base and consolidate spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure supply chain resilience.
• Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement and supply chain management.

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis, with a strong focus on data analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced) , SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and supply chain operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
