• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a strong specialization in raw materials or commodities.
• Proven expertise in global sourcing, negotiation, and contract management within complex supply chains.
