Senior Procurement Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Procurement Analyst to join their remote team. This role is vital for driving strategic decision-making within the procurement function by providing deep insights into spend, supplier performance, and market trends. You will be responsible for developing reports, building financial models, and identifying opportunities for cost‑saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and process efficiencies across the global supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively in a virtual environment.

• Analyze spend data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, supplier consolidation, and process efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Create detailed reports and presentations on procurement metrics, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations.
• Support sourcing teams with data analysis for negotiations and category strategies.
• Develop financial models to assess the impact of procurement decisions and savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure data accuracy and alignment on procurement objectives.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analysis, or financial analysis.
• Proven expertise in spend analysis , data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
