Remote FMCG Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leader in the FMCG industry, is actively seeking a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their operations team on a fully remote basis. This role is critical for optimizing inventory management, improving logistics efficiency, and ensuring the seamless flow of products from production to consumers. You will leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement best practices across the supply chain.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities in areas such as inventory, logistics, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), including stock levels, delivery times, and transportation costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, production, sales) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and process improvements.
• Identify potential risks and disruptions within the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present findings and recommendations to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and potentially BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently.
