• Assist in the coordination of domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all logistics-related documents.
• Support senior logistics staff with daily operational tasks and projects.
• Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to logistics and compliance.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or logistics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain concepts.
