This vital role focuses on coordinating the seamless flow of food, equipment, and personnel to event locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to strict service standards. You will be the central hub for logistical planning, working from a remote location, and collaborating closely with kitchen teams, delivery partners, and event coordinators to guarantee operational success.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules for catering events, ensuring timely arrival of food and equipment.
• Coordinate with external delivery services and internal drivers to manage fleet operations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory of catering equipment and supplies required for each event, ensuring readiness.
• Communicate effectively with event coordinators and kitchen staff to confirm all logistical requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical challenges or disruptions that may arise during event execution.
