Logistics and Shipping Coordinator

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including booking carriers and preparing shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and inventory movements within the logistics system .
• Liaise with warehouse staff, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth transit of goods.
• Identify opportunities for improving shipping processes and reducing costs.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of shipping procedures, documentation requirements, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and standard office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with supply chain management principles is beneficial.
