Inventory Clerk Warehouse

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Clerk to manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records for their online retail operations, serving customers in Mossel Bay and beyond. This is a remote-friendly role, focusing on the digital management of physical stock, requiring strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management systems. You will play a key part in ensuring product availability, minimizing stock discrepancies, and supporting the efficient fulfillment of online orders from a remote perspective.

• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and sales orders.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, generate reports, and forecast stock needs.
• Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete inventory to management.
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment and order fulfillment for the Mossel Bay customer base.

• Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory control role.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
