Remote Sourcing Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote Sourcing Manager to lead their global sourcing initiatives. This critical, fully remote role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity for key categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and leverage market intelligence to achieve optimal procurement outcomes. • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned categories, aligning with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, including supplier landscape, cost drivers, and emerging trends.
• Lead complex negotiations for major contracts and framework agreements, achieving significant cost reductions and improved terms.
• Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through robust supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and contingency planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven track record of delivering substantial cost savings and value through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
