** The Role and Why It's Important
** At Hy-Vee, our Aisles Online program gives customers a fast, convenient way to shop, and our Curbside Runners are a key part of making it work seamlessly. In this role, you'll support the curbside team by transporting orders, ensuring proper temperature storage, and helping stage orders for a smooth, on-time pickup experience. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact how our online customers experience Hy-Vee.

** What You'll Do
** No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:
* Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs whenever you interact with them in the store
* Transport totes from the command center to the pickup lane accurately and efficiently
* Place gathered orders in storage at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly prior to the customer's arrival
* Ensure products maintain proper temperature throughout the entire fulfillment process
* Gather and stage orders in the holding area for customer pickup
* Support the curbside team by completing a variety of tasks as directed by Aisles Online Service Managers and above
* Follow Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all department and company guidelines
* Pitch in with other tasks or special projects as they come up

*** Frequently stand and walk throughout a shift in sales, food service, or delivery areas
