Blue Fox Trading, the freight brokerage arm of HYRE HARPER Co., seeks experienced agents to manage shipper accounts and book carriers across TL/LTL/spot freight. You will use AscendTMS, McLeod, DAT, Truckstop, and Hub Spot CRM to drive end-to-end shipments while negotiating rates and ensuring FMCSA compliance.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based pay. We require proven freight brokerage experience, familiarity with load boards, and strong negotiation skills.
