Dispatch Coordinator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the daily dispatch schedule, booking carriers, tracking shipments and resolving delays before the customer notices them.

• Plan and book daily collections and deliveries with carriers
• Produce shipping labels, manifests and export paperwork
• Track shipments in transit and resolve exceptions with carriers
• Keep customers and internal teams updated on status
• Investigate late, damaged or missing deliveries and log claims
• Report on carrier performance and dispatch volumes

• Experience coordinating dispatch, courier or delivery operations
• Familiarity with carrier portals such as DPD, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail
• Comfort handling exceptions and pursuing resolution
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for scheduling and reporting
• Clear communication under time pressure
• Nice to have exposure to international shipping and customs paperwork
