Sea Import Freight Forwarding Agent

We're looking for a Sea Import Agent (LCL) to join our Ocean team in New Jersey and take ownership of a specialized import product focused on European LCL consolidations
. This is a role for someone who understands the details behind LCL freight, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping shipments moving from origin to final delivery.

You'll own a specialized LCL import product, working closely with customers, colleagues, and partners to keep freight moving smoothly from Europe to the U.S.

• Manage European LCL import shipments end-to-end
• Coordinate across customers, overseas teams, carriers, and CFS facilities
• Support customs clearance, delivery, and billing activities
• Help deliver a reliable and seamless customer experience

You're an experienced ocean freight professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making things happen.

• Experience with LCL consolidations and CFS operations
• Strong knowledge of ocean import processes
• A proactive and independent approach to your work
• The ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned
