Procurement Specialist - Indirect

Our client, a prominent entity in the healthcare industry , requires a meticulous Procurement Specialist focusing on indirect spend for their operations based in Klerksdorp . This role is crucial for managing the procurement of non-operational goods and services, such as IT equipment, office supplies, professional services, and facilities management. You will be tasked with identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing supplier contracts, and ensuring efficient service delivery that supports the organization's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical capability and experience in managing diverse categories of indirect spend, ensuring value for money and operational efficiency, contributing to the smooth functioning of facilities across the North West province .

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all indirect spend categories , including IT, HR, marketing, and facilities.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
