Logistics Coordinator; Remote

Our client is expanding its operations and seeks a highly organized and communicative Logistics Coordinator to join their team remotely. In this position, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across various channels. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

As a remote-first role, you will leverage technology to coordinate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and clients, contributing to supply chain excellence from anywhere.

• Coordinate the movement of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and service levels where applicable.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipments, provide status updates to stakeholders, and proactively resolve any transit issues.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and optimize routes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to meet logistical demands.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to changing needs in a remote setting .
