Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for key spend categories.
- Conduct thorough supplier assessments, including due diligence and capability evaluations.
- Lead complex negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and high service levels.
- Manage and nurture strategic supplier relationships to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful sourcing strategies and achieving significant cost savings.
- Expertise in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and spend analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in remote environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
