Remote Recruitment is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning shipments, carriers and deliveries from order to doorstep.
Role overviewYou will coordinate how goods move for a UK business. You will book carriers, track shipments and keep customers and suppliers informed from dispatch to delivery.
Key responsibilities- Book and track shipments with carriers and couriers
- Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork
- Update customers and suppliers on delivery status
- Resolve delays, damages and missed deliveries
- Maintain shipment records and weekly reports
- Experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain coordination
- Experience with a tracking or order system such as Ship Station
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Confidence resolving problems with carriers
- A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection
- Familiarity with UK courier services
- Knowledge of customs and import documents
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets tracking
This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). You will join a friendly UK team, receive clear onboarding and support, and work with a company that values reliability, communication and growth.
