Remote Operations Coordinator

About the Role  Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Operations Coordinator to support their manufacturing operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from any location. You will play a crucial role in coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth communication between various departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is adept at multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities   Coordinate and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements, liaising with supply chain partners.
Facilitate communication between production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Prepare reports on operational performance, inventory status, and production progress.
Assist in the implementation and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
Manage documentation related to production, shipping, and receiving processes.
Requirements   Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator , Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar administrative or operational support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
A background in manufacturing or supply chain management is advantageous.
