Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics Coordinator to provide essential support for their operations in Balikpapan . This fully remote position requires a skilled professional to manage and track shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure seamless execution of logistics plans. You will be a key point of contact for managing operational queries and resolving logistical challenges from your home office.

• Coordinate and monitor the status of all outgoing and incoming shipments, ensuring timely movement of goods.
• Manage communication with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment details and status updates.
• Resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, proactively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery confirmations within the logistics management system .
• Assist in preparing logistics reports, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of new logistics processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain support, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures , documentation, and international trade compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional remote interaction.
