Logistics Specialist

A fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Specialist to join a leading medical technology business based in Oxford offering a salary of up to £45,000. This position offers 1-2 days a week working from home.

This Logistics position has been created to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory and shipments across a growing medical manufacturing business. The Logistics Specialist will play a key role in coordinating international shipments, managing inventory accuracy, ensuring customs compliance and supporting continuous improvement within a highly regulated environment.

Candidates will have previous experience within logistics, inventory management or supply chain coordination, ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Role responsibilities of the Logistics Specialist include:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and accurate shipment tracking.
• Maintain inventory records across warehouse locations using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Lead cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies and support quarterly audits.
• Coordinate logistics requirements with production, service and R&D teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Manage stock shortages, internal transfers, consumable replenishment and kitting operations.
