Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit customs declarations electronically
• Classify goods using the Harmonized System (HS)
• Ensure compliance with Canada Border Services Agency regulations
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve customs disputes
• Support daily operations and assist team leader with reports
Requirements:
• Proficiency in French and English written and spoken
• Minimum 5 years in customs operations
• At least 3 years of product classification experience
• Customs Specialist (CCS) certification required
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred
