• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on agricultural inputs or agribusiness.
• Deep understanding of agricultural practices, inputs, and relevant market dynamics.
• Proven negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
