Travelcostsassociatedwithpickingupthisequipmentplustheorientationdaywillnotbereimbursed.
Noadditionalcompensationforanytravelrequired,iftheresourceisbasedwithina3-hourcommutingdistance.

Therateisinclusiveofanytravelcosts.
InaccordancewithOST'stravelexpenseguidelines,alltravelexpensesshallbesubmittednolaterthan
60daysofthetraveloccurrence.

Theindividualresourceand/orvendorwillberesponsibleforanyexpensessubmittedpastthe
60-daytime frame.
Thevendormustarrangeforworkspaceforitsprojectteam.

ThePATurnpikewillprovidemeetingspace;however,itdoesnotplantohousetheprojectteamonadailybasisunlessthisstatementofworkstatesotherwise.
Remote connectivity:computerequipmentandaccesstorequiredadministrativeservicesandfacilitieswillbeprovidedtovendorresourcesasrequired.

Computerequipmentforusewhileengagedwiththe Turnpikemayincludealaptop,iPadorothertabletdevice,laptopbag,monitors,wireless keyboard,mouse,orotherequipmentasrequiredtoperformjobfunctions.

Whenanengagementends,allequipmentissuedtothevendorresourcesmustbereturnedtothePATurnpikewithin2weeksoftheresourcesbeingoffboarded.

AllequipmentshallbereturnedtothePATurnpikeingoodworkingcondition.

The Prime Contractorwillbeinvoicedforanyunreturnedequipmentorequipmentdamagedbeyondreasonablewearandtear .
Vendorresourcesmust:

ThePATurnpikeITDepartmenthasestablishedthefollowingguidelineswhileworkingvirtuallyandthevendorresourceisexpectedtofollowthem:
Usecamerasduringmeetings.
Maintainaprofessionalappearancewheninmeetingsandoncamera.
ResourcesmustbeavailabletocometothePATurnpikeworklocationwithin3hoursincaseofanemergency.
