From forecasting and planning to logistics execution, you'll work on real business challenges, develop valuable skills and complete a CILT-endorsed programme to support your professional development. You’ll spend?a total of 24 months rotating across 4 placements. Starting with a 12-month placement in Asda Logistics Services, working within central Logistics on two 6-month rotations where you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with operational and non-operational Logistics teams.

You will then complete 12 months in a supply role,working closely with Buying, Modular Planning, and Replenishment on two 6-month rotations, to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and innovation. Alongside your rotations, you'll spend time working in our stores to understand the end-to-end customer journey and see first-hand how Supply Chain and Logistics decisions impact both store operations and the experience of millions of customers every day.
