Operations Coordinator, Routing & Dispatch

The Routing Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day functions of routing, dispatching, and other client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. This position will monitor motor carrier performance and capability to maximize productivity and provide feedback to location management. In addition, this position will assist customer care in monitoring and troubleshooting of delivery issues in a proactive and highly responsive manner.

This position will spend most of their time in the office or warehouse helping to maximize the performance of the site.
