Senior Indirect Buyer

Morson is delighted to be working in partnership with a well respected Aerospace organisation. Due to an ever increasing workload, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Indirect Buyer for an initial 6 month contract. The role would initially be full time on site in Gloucester but once up to speed, there would be the option of hybrid working with 3 days a week spent onsite and 2 days a week working from home.

There is a rate of £22 Per Hour PAYE- £28 Per Hour PAYE on offer for the successful candidate.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Indirect Buyer to drive cost-effective procurement across multiple sites, ensuring continuity of supply, competitive pricing and compliance with procurement policies. The role will focus on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations and continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and maximise value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring requisitions and purchase orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favourable payment terms and improved commercial agreements.
