• Provide subject matter expertise to the Group and Banner Supply Chain teams, across demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Work collaboratively across Group and Banner S&L teams to identify opportunities to enhance Supply Chain capability through innovative approaches and sharing internal and external best practice.
• Lead and support group projects to enhance supply chain efficiencies ensuring high quality project outcomes.
• Proactively manage and communicate progress, including risks.
• Commit to continuous professional development

• End-to-End Supply Chain across demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Supply chain systems. SAP knowledge an advantage
• Critical data & information analysis – Excel expertise at minimum

• Retail supply chain operations
• Demonstrated success in delivering transformation
• Track record of continuous improvement and optimisation
• Ability to analyse and solve operational problems
• Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and simply.
• Curious and driven to continuous improvement.
• Dedicated team player prioritising collective success.
